Gram & Gramp Were Here!

Gram and Gramp came for a visit this weekend! G and his dad went on a men's retreat with our church, while Gram, N and I spent the weekend together at home. Of course N had to model his LSU hat for his Louisiana grandparents.


When Gram and Gramp arrived Thursday afternoon, they came with gifts from the "Louisiana Easter Bunny." N got a kick out of his new sandals!


He and Gramp built lots of towers together.


This book, A Boy and His Bunny, was an instant favorite.


The weather was beautiful on Friday, so we spent lots of time outside in the sunshine. It's a good thing, because the weekend turned cold!



There aren't many pictures from Saturday because Gram sent me off to do some wedding-related shopping with my mom and sister. Sorry ~ I was very spoiled with all of the extra help! If I ever had to have a live-in mother-in-law, Gram would be an ideal candidate!

On Sunday evening, we watched the Davidson-Kansas game and then Gram and Gramp treated us to take-out burgers from Five Guys. Here are wonderful Gram and Gramp with N right before we put him to bed for the night.
