I've found the recipe for being happy whether full or hungry, hands full or hands empty. Whatever I have, wherever I am, I can make it through anything in the One who makes me who I am. Philippians 4:12-13

Tybee Island with Gram, Gramp and Aunt A
We are home after a wonderful trip to Tybee Island, GA with G's parents and sister. Four days of sand, sea sun and family time were precious to us! This was N's first time at the beach, and he loved it. He was fearless of the waves and loved running up and down the shore.
Checking out the lay of the land...
He likes it!
In the water with Gram
Jumping the waves with Daddy
Digging in the warm sand
The whole family after a picnic dinner with G's grilled burgers
On our last morning at the beach, G, N and I went down to watch the sunrise. We watched N's joy as he waded in the surf and ran on the sand. I felt God's presence with our little family in such a powerful way that morning as I caught a glimpse of His beautiful creation through the eyes of our son.

Bye-bye, beach!

What a beautiful time of seeing the world through a child's eyes. I am so glad that you were able to share these moments together.
